Silk Nuit items are available for shipping inside Romania and internationally. National shipping is provided through courier services (either FAN Courier or DPD, depending on shipping destination), and international shipping through DHL.
The shipping cost through FAN Courier is 25 leiand for orders over 350 leidelivery is FREE.
The standard timeframe of delivery is 3-10 business days, subject to the items’ availability. For items which are in stock, the delivery timeframe is 2-3 daysand for items which are out of stock, but available for pre-order, in delivery will take up to 10 days.
During national holidays, as well as due to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, and other exceptional circumstances, delivery can be delayed for reasons not attributable to us.
Delivery Times
Deliveries through courier services will be made on a Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 06:00 pm 9:00-18:00 at the address listed by the customer with their order. Weekends and national holidays are not regarded as working days. Once the order is placed under the courier’s responsibility, SilkNuit is not liable for any delays that may arise in the process.
