In accordance with Emergency Ordinance No 34/2014 regarding consumers’ rights for distance and off-premises contracts: “The consumer has the right to notify the seller, in writing, that they cancel the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 business days as of the delivery of the goods or the conclusion of a contract for services”.
If you wish to return any purchased items, Silk Nuit guaranteesthe 14-day return period under Romanian law.
Follow these steps to request a return:
- Access, download, and fill in the Return Form;
- Inform our Customer Service department via email: contact@silknuit.com about the package you wish to return;
- Ship the package, together with the Return Form, at the following address: Calea Bucurestilor 21-25, Otopeni, Ilfov
- Within 14 business days as of the receipt of your return, we will inform you via email about the status of the refund for the returned item(s) to the account listed on the Return Form.
Return costs are at the customer's expense.
In case the item received is faulty or does not match your order, please send us your return request via email: contact@silknuit.comtogether with photos of the item. Return costs in this case will be incurred by Silk Nuit.
